Can you take on a permanent project management post in my business?
Strive can undertake a full or part time interim role for the lifespan of the project. This will be provided on a time bound contractual basis rather than as a permanent employee, ensuring you get maximum benefit from our expertise while only paying for what we deliver.

In addition to our project services, Strive can create a programme of tailored business mentoring to establish and build expert project management capacity across your internal team.

How much do you charge for your services?
We tailor make each project to reflect your unique business challenges and goals - and our budget is based on your specific requirements.

Before we take forward any piece of work, we put forward a fully costed proposal, clearly setting out the budget, alongside the deliverables and timescales for the work packages. Our delivery is underpinned by highly effective project management processes and review points, ensuring you can be confident we will deliver the identified outcomes within the agreed budget.

Will you deliver our project remotely or work onsite?
As part of the project initiation process, we will agree the best delivery approach for your specific project - whether that is onsite or via remote delivery or even a blend of both.

Regardless of where we are physically based, we will set up clear communication channels for all key stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient delivery of the project.

As part of the initial development phase, we will deliver determine and lay out the specific approach, controls and procedures we will use to deliver results for your unique project.
